Registration Process

Conference Papers

To submit a conference paper, please prepare a Word file containing your research paper that aligns with the scope of the ICMMIT Conference. Once you have prepared your paper, submit it through the online submission system. Our review committee will carefully evaluate your submission, and you will receive a notification regarding the acceptance status of your paper. If your paper is accepted, you will be required to pay the conference registration fee to secure your participation. Additionally, if you need an invitation letter to attend the conference, kindly request one, and we will provide you with the necessary documentation.


To participate in the meetings, you need to apply for a meeting slot. We will review your request and notify you once your application is approved. Once approved, you will be required to pay the meeting registration fee to confirm your attendance. If you require an invitation letter to attend the meeting, kindly let us know, and we will send you the invitation letter as needed.


Attendance to workshops is by invitation only. If you have an accepted conference paper or your meeting request has been approved, you will receive an invitation letter to attend the workshops. Workshop participants are required to register separately for the workshops, and any associated fees will be communicated in the invitation letter.
